Personal and Situational Predictors of Employment Form Choice

This study focuses on identifying personal and situational predictors of preferred form of employment. Three blocks of research were carried out: a pilot study of values associated with the choice of a form of employment, a block of research interviews aimed at identifying situational factors in choosing a form of employment, and a main study in which 107 workers of various forms of employment took part. The results were processed using correlation and regression analysis.
