In this work, we consider the issue of constructing models for predicting the volume of mortgage lending in the . The object of the study is Moscow city. The subject of the study is the volume of mortgage loans issued in the Moscow city. In the course of this work, studies on mortgage lending forecasting were studied, a suitable modeling tool was selected, 2000 SARIMA models and 4 Holt-Winters models were developed, and their results were evaluated
