Features Of Inclusion Of Cryptocurrency Into The Bankruptcy Assets

This study is devoted to the topical problems of including a bankrupt debtor in the bankruptcy estate in order to further satisfy the claims of bankruptcy creditors. Legal regulation, problems of foreclosure on cryptocurrency in the framework of a bankruptcy case are considered, judicial practice in the Russian Federation and in foreign jurisdictions is analyzed. The purpose of this master's thesis is to analyze the existing judicial practice and develop proposals for the implementation of cryptocurrency as a bankruptcy property in the Russian Federation in order to further satisfy the claims of bankruptcy creditors, taking into account the current state, regulatory prospects, approaches and judicial practice. The study used a number of general scientific methods, such as analysis, synthesis, induction.
