The research is related to the concept of supply chain management will be considered as a tool for optimizing the planning process in the enterprise, the competent construction of which can help to reduce costs and increase the overall productivity of it. The goal of this paper is to develop a number of proposals for organizing the planning process for the needs for spare parts to ensure continuity, reliability and cost reduction in «Passazhiravtotrans» company. This goal can be achieved by considering a combination of different issues such as studying the needs of the enterprise for various types of spare parts, as well as developing a delivery schedule for each of them. In addition, after the work on the modernization of the system it is planned to conduct a comparative analysis to confirm the effectiveness of the application of innovations. The result of the work will be specific proposals for optimizing the planning process of spare parts at the enterprise. This research will be based on the use of various logistic methods and concepts.
