Reengineering of Financial Academy Organizational Structure in New Strategy Perspectives

The topic of this study is: " Reengineering of Financial Academy Organizational Structure in New Strategy Perspectives" The volume of the thesis is 131 pages, it contains 16 figures, 8 tables, 1 appendix, 150 sources of literature. The subject of the study is the peculiarities of the reorganization of the organizational structure of the Financial Academy, in the context of the implementation of the 3rd program of industrial - innovative development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The object of the final qualification work is the JSC "Financial Academy" of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The thesis consists of an introduction, four chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the chosen topic, formulates the goal and objectives of the study, indicates the object and subject of the study, as well as its main methods. The first chapter describes a theoretical study of approaches and methods for reorganizing the organizational structure, describes the methodology of systematic analysis of the literature on the issues of reorganizing organizational structures, analyzes possible approaches and methods for reorganizing the organizational structure of the Financial Academy. In the second chapter, the characteristics of the object of analysis are given, historical data is provided, external and internal analysis is carried out, and also the main strategic directions of the object of research are described. Further, after assessing the place of the Financial Academy in the educational services market, the third chapter of the thesis reasons the need for reorganization of organizational structure and proposes an option for reorganization to take place. The particular proposal is described in more detail in chapter four. The fourth chapter describes a proposal for measures to reorganize the organizational structure so that the new state of the company ensures the implementation of new strategic prospects in the education market. The Conclusion contains the main outputs of the study and describes theoretical and practical issues raised in this study.
