This paper describes an engineering project: a mobile application that aims to automate fleet maintenance process in terms of a collection of the rolling stock failures and condition estimation by engineering personnel and storage of data on actions log. Development process is handled using a custom Agile methodology that is suitable for a micro-team of 2 developers and 1 manager. An expected output of this process is a ready-to-use mobile application for 4 different actors of train service process: Engine Driver, Technical engineer, Master engineer and dispatcher. The produced system should not be used in isolation and requires a remote server-based system to process certain requests through Internet.
