Features of the Multi-Format Retailing Business Model Development in the Digital Economy

This dissertation is devoted to the features of the development of the business model of a multi-format retailer in the digital economy. Organizations need to consider innovative business models and apply digital technologies to improve processes within the company, as well as to develop relationships with the environment and suppliers. Digital technologies help to facilitate the achievement of complex tasks that require a high level of knowledge. Creating a value proposition and valuation to drive growth and digital transformation requires a firm to create and share knowledge with other companies. Digital transformation, development and growth of the company depend on the mental work of the staff and cooperation. One of the areas that has really been affected by the coronavirus is retail. The paper analyzes the current state of fashion retail, considers the main players in this industry, and also gives a number of measures of the company "Gloria Jeans" to improve its business model. The work consists of three sections, each of which contains 3 more subsections.
