The purpose of this paper is to try to answer the questions: "What keeps two people together?" or " What destroys their relationship?". This interest became the starting point for the study of the dynamics behind the relationship within the couple, what influences the choice of the object and how the primary objects leave an imprint on our subsequent decisions: "Why do we choose the same ones?", "Why do we compulsively repeat similar scenarios?". In my work, using the ideas of classical psychoanalysis and the theory of object relations, I would like to explore the meaning of conflicts with primary objects and their impact on the adult love and sexual life of the subject.
