The final qualifying work "Research of incestuousness in psychoanalysis" is devoted to the consideration and analysis of the concept of "incestuousness", its features, economics and the mechanism of reproduction, tracing its relationship with the problem of narcissistic personality disorders. The theoretical reasoning contained in this research work is illustrated by a clinical example presented in the experimental part, giving the opportunity for a new look at the comprehension and in-depth understanding of a number of psychopathologies, in particular, pathologies of addictive relationships, narcissistic personality disorder, diffuse personal identity. In this qualification work, the following tasks were set for the study: - Consider and describe the concept of incestuousness proposed by the French psychiatrist-psychoanalyst P.K. Rakamier - Explore the concept of "fetish child" and fetishistic attitude to the object - To identify the features, economics and mechanism of reproduction of incestuous relationships in the family, their influence and relationship with the occurrence of narcissistic personality disorders in the subject. On the example of a clinical case, consider and analyze the causes and mechanism of the incestuous atmosphere in the patient's family Describing the results of the study, we can talk about an attempt to draw the attention of novice psychotherapists when working with borderline structures that show signs of narcissistic personality disorder, if a breath of incestuousness appears in the material of the sessions, the therapist should direct his searches towards the initial mourning of the family. Reconstruction of primary narcissism also plays an important role in working with such patients; there are too many narcissistic defenses “from oneself to oneself”. In order for the analytical transfer process to make sense, if material with the primary appears in the session, it is necessary to symbolize what is happening, to clothe it in words. In working with such patients, it is important to establish rules and prohibitions, if a patient appears in the clinical practice of a psychotherapist who is an integral part of an incestuous relationship, it is important to have a support on the frame - this is the first need, to establish rules and prohibitions with the help of a therapeutic structure.
