Investigation of Digital Ecosystems in Russia Based on Yandex

The pressures of digitalization and globalization are creating new ways of doing business and ways of interacting between enterprises. For management, this means a change in the already established business environment, which accordingly provokes a change in the strategies of companies to adapt to a new highly competitive environment. The speed of data transfer is a key aspect in doing business, and the emergence of digital business ecosystems is an expected response to the increased speed of information exchange. This work will consider the concept of digital business ecosystems, its origin and development in the world, in particular in the Russian Federation using Yandex as an example. The strong and fast growth that the company is demonstrating is generating high research interest. Starting from quality products and services, ending with the most developed ecosystem of products and services at the moment. The ultimate goal of this work is to determine the level of efficiency and the need to integrate a strategy such as the digital business ecosystem (digital business ecosystem) in order to make early and timely decisions to improve the management process of various enterprises. This work has several important tasks: to study the concept of the ecosystem, to give an expert opinion on the feasibility of its application. It is the development of ecosystems that in many ways changes the usual way of life, it was all these events that motivated me to write this work. It will use methods of theoretical analysis such as a systematic analysis of literature and various sources of information dissemination, synthesis, deduction, classification and forecasting. The study can be useful for both experienced entrepreneurs and new players in the market who are interested in building an effective business model based on digital business ecosystems. Here the main advantages and disadvantages of this concept will be collected, which should give the most complete picture of its effectiveness. Moreover, since the work will use data on Russian companies and will study the Russian market as a whole, we can say that this study will give a more specific idea of ​​the work of this business concept in Russia, taking into account most of the social and cultural characteristics of the country, since in the work will also provide data on some Russian companies that are building their own ecosystem.
