The coronavirus pandemic is becoming a new challenge for many organizations, causing supply chain management disruptions and shocks. Organizations are forced to seek out ways to mitigate the negative impact of the pandemic and solutions to improve supply chain resilience as quickly as possible. This graduation thesis focuses on the issue of improving supply chain resilience on the example of the trading and manufacturing company in the segment of small domestic appliances, the paper examines ways to reduce the impact of a risk event such as a pandemic. The main results of this work are recommendations on implementation of CPFR concept, re-engineering of logistic processes, changes in organizational structure of company management, as well as application of reservation policy and development of omni-channel.
