The diploma project presents: introduction, analytical part, project section, labor protection and environmental safety, economic section, conclusions and proposals and a list of sources used. Within the framework of this master's thesis, practical actions / activities for the application of the kaizen system in the Nizhny Novgorod company: LLC "Magistral-NN". Subject of research in the dissertation: the process of introducing kaizen tools at domestic and foreign enterprises. Object of research: LLC "Magistral-NN". Purpose of work: to develop a project for the introduction of kaizen tools in Magistral - NN LLC.
