Developing Instruments of Managing Motivation to Share Knowledge in a Team of the Innovative Project

Creating an environment for effective knowledge sharing among the project team members is an urgent task. For this reason, projects are often created in cross-functional teams, where there is often a disunity of specialists of different profiles due to different professional experience, which can become a hindrance to the sharing of knowledge, and as a result reduce the efficiency of project activities. There are a number of factors influencing the transmission of knowledge, but there is no complete among mind researchers about what exactly: ability, motivation or interpersonal relationships have a greater impact on knowledge sharing. The aim of this study is to developing Instruments of managing motivation to share knowledge in a team of the innovative project. The objectives of the study are: 1. Exploring the necessary conditions for knowledge sharing in a project team based on literary data 2. Interview with the participants of the research team of the innovative project to identify the motives and barriers to the knowledge sharing from this particular team and compare them with literary data. 3. Developing Instruments of managing motivation to share knowledge is a team of the innovative project based on the results of the practical study of the project team. The first chapter provides an analysis of the main literature sources on the stated problems, forms the basic concepts of the process of knowledge sharing in the project team as part of the motivation for knowledge sharing. The second chapter is an analysis of existing methods and instruments for assessing the sharing of organizational knowledge in the project team and their diagnosis. The third chapter describes the instruments developed by the author to increase the motivation to share knowledge in the research team of the innovative project and the main stages of its implementation, through analysis of literary data and practical experience, concerning the sharing of knowledge. In conclusion, conclusions are drawn about the features of stimulating the motivation of research teams to share knowledge,the main factors of successful implementation of developing Instruments of managing motivation to share knowledge in a team of the innovative project. The work contains: 70 pages of main text, 6 drawings, 6 tables, 39 sources used. Thisis from the introduction, content, three chapters, conclusion and list of literature.
