Due Diligence as a Risk Assessment Procedure for an Investment

The work covered the Due Diligence process as a tool for assessing the risks of the investment object. In the course of the work the Due Diligence process was studied, the peculiarities of this process for the pharmaceutical field were highlighted and criteria were developed to analyze the object of investment, taking into account the risks of all components of Due Diligence. As a result of the work, we tried to make an analysis of the selected object of inversion on the basis of the criteria.
