The Influence of Internal Conflict of the Leader on the Organizational Conflict (on the Example of a Narcissistic and Schizoid Leaders)

The topic of the final qualification work is «The Influence of Internal Conflict of the Leader on the Organizational Conflict (on the Example of a Narcissistic and Schizoid Leaders)». The final qualification work includes a content, an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and contains 2 figures. The work total includes 68 pages, the main text is 61 pages. The bibliography includes 72 sources. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the topic, the purpose, task, object, subject, method of research, puts forward a hypothesis and includes the theoretical and practical importance of the work. The first chapter explores the general modern understanding of the conflicts and the internal unconscious conflicts, describes the mechanism of influence of managerial styles and internal conflicts of leaders on management within the organization, describes modern approaches to the concept of leadership and leader identity, the dependence of the leader's identity on his internal unconscious conflicts. In the second chapter briefly described the main features and portraits of the narcissistic and schizoid personality and their theoretical mechanism of the influence on the organization, the description of their mental defenses. The third chapter presents a case from the personal experience of the author of this work, describing leaders and the dynamics of the occurrence of a number of conflicts in organizations created by them from the moment of its foundation to the moment than the conflicts were resolved, analyzing the influence of internal unconscious conflicts of leaders on the occurrence of organizational conflicts, based on the structure of the personality of leaders, and the connection of this structure with their internal unconscious conflicts. The conclusion contains practical recommendations for finding solutions to deal with the internal unconscious conflicts of the leaders of organizations.
