Communication Barriers of Online Education during the Covid-19 Pandemic

Using online-survey and interview approaches, this study examines the impact of communication barriers occurring since emergency transition of higher education facilities to online by the example of major universities of Moscow, Russia. The purpose of this article is to examine and provide possible solutions to communication barriers of online education in Russian educational facilities. The sample of this research contains of students of various age and year of education, teachers at universities of Moscow. Considering the higher education sphere being influenced by novel coronavirus pandemic, this study could help bearing the barriers of communication within online-courses and to improve further online-education efficiency.
