Planning and Agent-Task Assignment in an Innovative Company Based on the Analysis of the Quality of Work Performance

Project planning is one of the important tasks for the allocation of resources of an innovative company. In innovative companies (most often in IT companies), there are many restrictions, such as customer requirements, tight deadlines, the need for a quick project implementation for the customer. This work is devoted to the study of algorithms for the distribution of labor for the implementation of a portfolio of IT projects in an innovative company. The main attention was paid to identifying the main limitations associated with the quality of work and their inclusion in the modified algorithm. The result is a modified algorithm based on linear optimization of the assignment of work to teams in an innovative company, taking into account the existing constraints and giving the greatest cumulative effect.
