This work is devoted to the problem of anonymization of medical data. Anonymization of data is an important point in the process of transferring data to another organization for subsequent analysis and collection of statistics. HL7 FHIR is is the developing standard for exchanging healthcare information. This study examines the HL7 FHIR standard from a theoretical perspective and the concepts which are connected with anonymization. In the practical part of this work, functions for data anonymization have been developed.
