This thesis examines the study of the pervert structure, the emergence of the term "perversion". Many psychoanalysts discuss what perversion is, when it is formed as a structure, and what is at the root of the causes of its occurrence. The paper examines the influence of the relationship between the infant and the mother on the possible emergence of the primary structure, as well as the separation from the maternal object, the creation of a transitional object. The theoretical part examines the phenomenon of separation anxiety, fear of castration. Examples of clinical cases of perverse patients are considered and their dreams are analyzed. Fetishism is studied in patients with perversion. In the practical part, a psychoanalytic analysis of the film "Shame" by Steve McQueen is conducted, as an example of perverse pathology.
