Analysis of Economic Activity of Enterprises within IT Clusters in Russia

THE SUMMARY The final qualification work on the topic "Analysis of the economic activity of enterprises in the IT clusters of Russia" is devoted to the study of the Russian eleven IT clusters supported by the Government of the Russian Federation, and their impact on the work of enterprises that are part of them. The purpose of the WRC is to study the impact of an enterprise's entry into an IT cluster on the economic activity of this enterprise and to develop recommendations for improving the work of IT clusters in Russia. This study compares the performance of IT companies in the cluster and IT companies outside the cluster. In total, 504 IT companies were collected with financial indicators such as sales revenue, capital, and number of employees for the period from 2013 to 2020. The method of data analysis was the construction of regression models of panel data. As a result of the work, it was concluded that the entry of an enterprise into an IT cluster does not positively affect its economic activity.
