Comprehensive Evaluation of the Small Business Development Support System in St. Petersburg

This work is devoted to research in the field of assessing measures of state support for small businesses in the city of St. Petersburg. The assessment of the effectiveness of the policy is given on the basis of the analysis of key indicators in the field of small business support. The main regulatory legal acts are considered, the analysis of domestic and foreign literature is carried out, and the main concepts associated with small business in Russia are considered. Basing the research work done, recommendations are given on possible improvements in the conduct of state policy in relation to small business.
