The work analyzes the possibilities of development of quality management systems and lean production. The definition of Quality 4.0 is given. A study was conducted on the level of development of quality management systems and lean production of Russian enterprises. The results made it possible to formulate draft recommendations for the development of quality management systems and lean production in relation to Russian reality.
