Writing a Strategy for the "PL-Provider" Organization

ABSTRACT for the final qualifying work Topic: Development of a development strategy for an organization using the example of PL-Provider LLC. The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, two chapters, a list of references, and appendices. The research was conducted in order to develop a development strategy for the organization “PL-Provider”LLC. In the introduction, the relevance and development of the chosen topic is justified, the purpose and objectives of the study are set. The first chapter "analysis of the strategic situation for the company PL-Provider LLC" presents: the technical and economic characteristics of the company, the market situation is analyzed and the company's strategy is evaluated. In the second chapter "Development of the development strategy of PL-Provider LLC", the analysis of the existing strategy of the company is carried out, the development strategy is developed and the effectiveness of the proposed solutions is analyzed. In conclusion, the main conclusions obtained as a result of the study are presented. The total volume of work is 90 pages, excluding applications.
