Constant changes in the business environment stimulate modern companies to search for new approaches to improve operational efficiency. Eliminating waste in the organization through the application of the concept of lean manufacturing helps to achieve an increase in operational performance. This work is aimed at finding losses in the process of carrying out the procedure of regular maintenance of vehicles in the company "Inter". The theoretical part of the work gives a definition of lean production, value, describes the types of losses, methods for identifying them and tools for implementing Lean technologies. In the practical part of the work, the losses of the first and second kind, present in the maintenance procedure, were identified, the reasons for their occurrence were identified, a program of measures was developed to improve the process under study.
