Personnel Policy as a Competitive Advantage of the Company

ANNOTATION The volume of the final qualifying work is 69 pages. It consists of an introduction, 6 paragraphs, combined into 2 chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and sources, an appendix. The final qualifying work contains: 15 tables, 8 figures, the list of references contains 59 sources. Research topic: "Personnel policy as a competitive advantage of the company." Object of research: personnel policy in the Gorky traffic management directorate of Russian Railways. Research subject: personnel policy as a competitive advantage of the company. The purpose of the study is to study the state of personnel policy, as well as to develop measures to improve personnel policy as a competitive advantage of the organization. To achieve the goal of the study, the following tasks were set: 1. To study the theoretical aspects of the organization's personnel policy. 2. Analyze the personnel policy in the Gorky Traffic Management Directorate of Russian Railways. 3. Recommend directions for improving personnel policy as a competitive advantage of the company. Research methods: scientific observation, comparison, analysis and synthesis. The introduction of a new management system, including in the social and personnel block, is a non-trivial task that involves the search for optimal and balanced solutions. Therefore, in order to achieve the set goals, it is especially important to maximize the involvement of the leaders of the personnel vertical in this process at all levels of management. That is, it is proposed to introduce a social and personnel block into the personnel management system. The implementation of competency management is impossible without full-fledged process automation. The automated system will allow: to build a matrix of target positions of the personnel reserve on the basis of typical full-time positions; form profiles of professional competencies; send employees to the assessment and control the timing of its completion; undergo an assessment at a single entry point on the SAP portal from an employee's workplace; form analytical reports based on the results of the assessment by employees. After the implementation of the automation of personnel management processes, revenue will increase by 60653 thousand rubles, and profit from sales will increase by 8212 thousand rubles. and the labor productivity of personnel will increase by 106 rubles. The introduction of an automation system based on uniform corporate requirements for personnel will allow obtaining reliable information about the personnel potential of the company's employees for making managerial decisions regarding the career or development of managers and specialists, and receiving a reliable assessment of the personnel. In addition, the introduction of the system will make it possible to reduce the volume of paper workflow, increase the speed of processing results and increase the reliability of information in reporting, and increase labor productivity.
