Research of the Quality Concept Features in Medicine

Healthcare is a complex system with many interdependent divisions. It is also the most socially responsible industry in the country. The analysis of the experience of foreign medical institutions shows that in organizations that have organized their work in accordance with the principles of quality management system, lean production and risk management, a significant increase in public satisfaction with the health system has been achieved. The article presents a comprehensive approach aimed at changing the quality system of medical services and the use of lean manufacturing technologies in the medical industry, developed taking into account the peculiarities of the organization of clinics and the accumulated domestic experience.
