Java Library for GeoTIFF Files Processing

Nowadays there are a lot of geographic information systems in the world. A number of them use Java as their primary programming language and most of them have to deal with GeoTIFFs as it is one of the most popular formats of geo-spatial datasets. As demand goes up, new technologies appear and requirements for performance raise as well and current solutions cannot keep up. To resolve such issues this work is going to reimplement standard of files using the latest and greatest technologies unleashing people's creativity and setting the bar higher than it was before.
