In today's environment, because of frequent changes in consumer tastes, manufacturing companies are constantly introducing new products or releasing updates to existing products to meet consumer desires. As a result, product launch and development strategies have a significant impact on a firm's profits, market share and audience attitudes; this is especially true for products with a short lifecycle. Since this problem is acute for many companies especially in the IT and IT products market, the topic of this paper is relevant for representatives of this industry. In the process of product development, Macroscop has faced a number of problems, which are that the mobile application has long been on the market, developing chaotically, requiring more and more resources for development, without sufficient material and image return. The purpose of this paper is to implement a product study to develop a strategy for the development of a mobile application in the video surveillance market. The work results in a Macroscop mobile application development strategy with recommendations to expand the functionality, refine the UX design and improve the product promotion activities. Macroscop can use the results of this work for further releases of the mobile app.
