Problem Analysis of Growth Hacking Teams in Product Development on the Example of «ER-Telecom Holding»

This paper examines the growth hacking team of the ER-Telecom Holding, which has problems with KPI implementation. The author analyzes the essence of the growth hacking approach, hypothesis testing techniques, and provides a case study of the successful implementation of the growth hacking approach. The work includes an analysis of the growth hacking team in four areas for the presence of problems: the emotional state of members, the level of competence, productivity, the quality of hypotheses and the application of HADI- cycles in practice. The results of the study showed that the team has a problem with the hypotheses quality and the implementation of HADI-cycles. The author's recommendations, developed on the basis of the results obtained, are aimed at solving the identified problems in the team's work. The methods and analysis tools used in this work can serve as the basis for the research methodology for growth hacking teams in the future.
