Relevance of the study: At the moment, the successful existence of the company in the market is impossible without the use of modern digital technologies. Digitalization of the main production processes is already quite often used in Russian companies, while the digitalization of auxiliary processes, such as HR processes, is not widespread enough. The use of modern digital technologies can simplify the work of HR specialists, reduce the number of errors that occur as a result of the "human factor", make HR processes more transparent and faster, and even reduce the company's costs for personnel management processes. Research problem: Currently, there is no high-quality integrated solution for the digitalization of HR processes on the market, which would include all the main HR processes that meet the needs of most companies. Problem Solution: Gagnidze Dynamics has started developing a strategy for creating a comprehensive software module based on the boxed version of the Bitrix24 product. The module will focus on the automation and digitalization of the main HR processes. To understand the processes that should be included in the future product, an in-depth interview was conducted with representatives of HR specialists, as well as an analysis of competitors ' products was conducted. Results: It was revealed that the most important processes for representatives of the target audience are the processes of selection, selection, employment of employees, the process of adaptation, staff development, dismissal, the processes of issuing certificates, approving business trips. In addition, it became clear that the systems presented by competitors for creating career paths and an individual development plan are also relevant for representatives of the target audience. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, a set of recommendations was developed, which includes the primary technical task for the development of the software module, a description of the module's functionality, as well as the stages of work on the product.
