Application of Psychoanalytic Technique in Individual Psychodynamic Coaching

Currently, there are different types of psychodynamic coaching that use a different set of tools and techniques. The basis of psychodynamic coaching is psychoanalytic methods and technique. Using different psychoanalytic methods and technique in the process of individual psychodynamic coaching arose due to the fact that there are no fundamental works devoted to the study of this relationship. Which elements of psychoanalytic techniques can we use during the psychodynamic coaching for individuals? Which ones? Is there a common set of elements of psychoanalytic techniques for working in individual psychodynamic coaching? The Master's program "Psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic Consulting in Business" was born on the border of psychoanalysis and business, we assume that studentas of the program who practice individual psychodynamic coaching use elements of psychoanalytic techniques in their work. An empirical study of the usage of elements of psychoanalytic techniques in the process of individual psychodynamic coaching is presented, as well as a general assessment of the elements. Practical recommendations on their application are given, the definition of psychoanalytic coaching based on the method of psychoanalysis is given.
