The work on the topic: "Application Development for Detecting and Eliminating Abnormal Surveillance" consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, a conclusion, a bibliographic list, and 9 appendices. The paper describes the theoretical basis of data outliers, reviews studies on the topic of anomalies, and reviews existing methods for searching for outliers. The analysis of software products that include methods for finding anomalies in the data is presented. The system requirements were defined, the system design, development and testing were carried out. Author: Oleg Topolsky, a student of the Higher School of Economics in Perm. Department of Information Technologies in Business. The work contains 50 pages of A4 format. The main part contains 19 formulas, 13 figures, and 18 tables.
