In modern conditions, for many top managers managing large and medium-sized businesses, it is important to ensure the stable functioning of all business processes of the enterprise. Therefore, it becomes necessary to adopt an extensive program that includes several procedures aimed at bringing the company's current activities in line with its strategy. Thus, the enterprise needs to cope with several critical problems that are associated with the stable functioning of all business processes. They are as follows: · Integration of automated control systems; · Increase in labor productivity; · Increasing the efficiency of production and the competitiveness of products, which entails the need to optimize management processes associated with the adoption of management decisions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the features and benefits of implementing an automated management system (hereinafter - ACS) in an enterprise for effective management of business processes. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: 1. Determine the features and characteristics of the organization's business processes; 2. Determine the features of the automated control system, its basic principles; 3. Analyze the possible directions of implementation of an automated control system at the enterprise; 4. Explore the benefits of implementing ACS in the enterprise; 5. Identify potential obstacles to the implementation of ACS; 6. Describe the ACS implementation process. The professional significance of the study lies in the detailed study of the essence of the process of implementing ACS at the enterprise and possible obstacles in its course. The research results can be applied in the practice of other enterprises. Digital transformation is changing the nature of work processes, the approach to human resources and, ultimately, the organization as a whole. Adding automation as a key element of the transformation agenda can bring significant benefits to companies in terms of speed, accuracy and profitability of business operations. Most importantly, the scalability of automation - that is, the ability to apply automation to any kind of activity - from repetitive tasks to highly skilled work. This is a prerequisite for successful market competition. Today's automation expectations are not limited to cost savings or load reduction. The possibilities for automation are enormous, from extracting information from unstructured data to making policy-based decisions to ensure compliance. An integrated automation platform helps maximize profits for each employee by improving operational efficiency and creating a competitive advantage. The main problems that need to be solved when implementing ACS: · Comprehensive improvement of the management system - providing conditions for interconnected and coordinated management of organizational and economic technological processes; · Decomposition of the object and goals - dividing the object and goals into parts for the implementation of effective automation of each component; · Compatibility - ensuring compatibility of hardware, software, information support ACS; Full implementation of automated control tasks - expanding the boundaries of setting control tasks in comparison with data processing tasks. Tasks in ACS should cover all stages of management: measurement, accounting, control, analysis, development of control actions; · Adaptability - the ability to move to effective functioning in the face of changing goals and resources. · Coordination and management of ACS parts - organization of management of exchange and distribution of resources, etc. Thus, in the course of this work, it was concluded that the integration of the automated business productivity of the enterprise and each of its components increases the efficiency of each employee and reduces costs due to the competent organization of all work processes.
