The growth of the population of Russian cities leads to an increase in demand for residential real estate. As a rule, in small towns it is easy to find an apartment for long-term rent directly from the owner. The situation is changing dramatically in cities such as Moscow and St. Petersburg. The increased demand for rental apartments has led to an increase in offers from real estate search agencies. Such agencies often charge a commission for their services ranging from 50% to 100% for a signed long-term apartment rental agreement. Also on the market there are offers from agencies that offer to periodically send out the phone numbers of ad owners who meet the client's criteria. The commission for such services is from 5000 rubles. up to 15,000 rubles. However, on the Internet you can find a lot of negative reviews about the unfair work of such companies. As a result, the idea arose to create an application - a service that allows users to search for apartments directly from the owners. Only advertisements from owners will be published in the application. When renting an apartment, the client does not need to pay hidden fees. The service will allow customers to save time and money when searching for homeowners due to a reduced commission for using the service. At the same time, the client will have access to all known real estate objects that are currently being rented by the owners, will be able to search for apartments according to the specified criteria, and will also receive notifications about new apartments that have appeared in the application.
