In the 21st century, the issue of social responsibility is more pressing than it ever was. In the era of the development of transnational corporations and the era of the dominance of "white collars", relationships within companies and interaction with society have become an important part of the modern agenda. Numerous scandals confirm that the wrong corporate social responsibility or its violations within the company can have enormous impact on the reputation of the consequences for any company. This topic does not avoid companies associated with the banking sector. The aim of the study is to study social corporate responsibility projects using the example of Russian brands in the banking sector and accompanying recommendations for Russian banks. As a research method, I decided to choose an empirical study using a questionnaire, as well as an assessment of existing projects for the classification of social corporate responsibility instruments.
