Agility as Key Competence in Project Management

The aim of this research is to identify the key competitive advantages of agility in project management in COVID-19 pandemic for all forms of business entities, among which the author pays special attention to non-profit organizations. The object of the research is agility as a competence in the current conditions of COVID-19 pandemic. The subject of the research is Agile approach in project management for non-profit entities as an element of the management system. The main method in the study is the comparative one. General scientific and special methods of cognition are also used in research. The result of the study is that flexibility is proven to be one of the most important project management competencies in turbulent times.
