In recent years, there has been a strong growth in the popularity of podcasts in Russia. New topics and formats are emerging, and the quality of sound and content is growing, which Russian podcast listeners are gradually getting used to. Based on the strong growth of the market, the development of the podcast format in Russia and the opportunity to earn money on podcasts, special podcast studios began to appear, engaged in the development, recording and bringing podcasts to the market. However, at the moment there is no published source that would analyze podcast studios as a business in general and the business models of podcast studios in Russia in particular. Also, due to the novelty of the market, there is no specific standard for conducting activities, ways to eran money, and value propositions, so studio owners have to act intuitively: the market is being formed in the present time. The main goal of this study is to develop a business model for the podcast studio "Libo/Libo" and to offer recommendations for its improvement. At the moment, the studio operates without a formal business model. As part of the research, an in-depth analysis of the podcast market, an analysis of market participants, and special attention is paid to the analysis of the activities of podcast studios in Russia. The study compares stidios to each other, analyzes the ways of earning money by different studios, their value propositions, differences in various aspects of their activities. Based on a semi-structured interview with an employee of the company "Libo/Libo" and information obtained from market analysis and competitor analysis, a business model for the podcast studio "Libo/Libo" was developed, as well as recommendations for improving the resulting business model.
