Narcissistic Leaders

The work describes in detail the problems of narcissistic leaders. Also presented are articles on the narcissism of French psychoanalysts, such as: B. Grunberger, S. Lebowisi, F. Pasha. F.Pash introduces a new concept of "anti-narcissism" and reveals its meaning. Stein showed and gave an extensive answer to the question of when narcissistic leadership becomes a problem. He was guided by the example of Dick Fuld (Lehman), who in the course of his leadership position in the company brought it to a complete collapse. The empirical part describes the case of the brightest destructive narcissistic leader, Donald Trump. With the help of personal adaptation, the psychological portrait of the personality was considered. Also, Trump's personality is analyzed in detail using the Myers Briggs test and Carl Jung's theory of archetypes is considered.The concept of "trumpism" is disclosed
