Image Processing Algorithms for Background Effects in Video Conferences

This work is devoted to the task of development of algorithms for blurring or changing background in video conferencing. The specified functionality must be implemented as a web application for subsequent integration into the Webinar.ru. The algorithms were designed as JavaScript functions using the BodyPix library. In the course of the work, the main methods of segmentation a person in the frame and the existing implementation of background features in video conferencing were studied. Additionally, ways to improve the current solution were proposed and implemented using Python programming language.
