The relevance of the chosen topic for us lies in the understanding that so far the term women's leadership is not perceived by society unambiguously, as if we were talking about men's leadership. More often in the literature, the term leadership is used, which implies exactly male leadership, and if we are talking about women, then it is precisely female leadership. In this connection, I recall the term female logic. Does the term male logic exist? Why does society need such a long time to begin to clearly perceive leadership for the two sexes in the same conceptual field? This ambiguity in perception still, according to statistics, is expressed in lower salaries for women leaders, in longer career growth, and so on. In this regard, we would like to understand in this work why society for so long cannot unconditionally come to the understanding that different salary levels and long career growth should not go with an eye to the gender of the leader. At the same time, I would like to understand what pushes girls/women to choose a leadership position, according to Freud, so unusual for her inner nature. And also consider the problem – for what reason it is often difficult for a female leader to establish a personal life. The hypothesis of the formation of a narcissistic position as a result of not passing the oedipus complex and the formation of a narcissistic personality of a girl who later becomes a leader was confirmed on the basis of the studied literature and the proposed practical case. The client has patterns of behavior inherent in a narcissistic personality and a deep oedipus complex and a formed narcissistic personality.
