The issue of advertisement moderation arises for companies that present their own solutions for online ads publishing. Quite a number of companies provide their platforms for commercials; Google, Facebook, Yandex, Mail.ru are among them. With great power comes great responsibility: if a company places poor-quality ads or ones that contain materials prohibited for the country of the display, the company would bear reputational losses or even be sued. To avoid such a risk, every banner ad should be moderated preliminary. The paper presents a solution for automatic advertisement moderation, that performs text advertisement labeling and returns a verdict: whether the commercial can be shown to the internet user or it cannot.
