Information System Development for the Energy Consumers Flexibility

The author of this master's final qualifying work is a student of the IAUP-19-1 group Oleg Vladimirovich Gorshkov. The topic of this graduate work: "Development of an information system for managing the flexibility of energy consumers." Within the framework of this work, the problem of uneven power consumption is investigated, an analysis of various methods of load balancing of power consumption is made, the market of existing energy management solutions is investigated, and the architecture and implementation of an information system for managing the flexibility of various energy consumers is proposed. The work deals with the process of design, development, and testing of an information system with accompanying illustrations, diagrams, and detailed descriptions of algorithms. The program described in this final qualifying work was developed under agreement No. 8.2.3.1/13 dated November 01, 2020, between HSE-Perm and Oleg Vladimirovich Gorshkov, the services under which were provided under agreement No. 14 dated July 01, 2020, concluded between NRU HSE-Perm and Insight-Management LLC. The work contains 116 pages of text, of which 61 pages are the bulk of the work without annexes. The work includes 40 illustrations, 17 tables, 6 formulas, 6 annexes. When writing, 41 bibliographic sources were used. The work was written in 2021 at the Department of Information Technologies in Business of the Faculty of Economics, Management and Business Informatics, National Research University Higher School of Economics in Perm.
