The Owner's Neurosis. The Impact of the Owner's Personal Psychotherapy on His Business

The aim of this work is to show the value of therapeutic work with childhood traumas for business owners through the use of a psychoanalytic approach. The aim of this work is to show that the cause of neurosis can be managed through research, interpretation and personal therapy of childhood traumas affecting business owner neurosis, and that research into the cause of owner neurosis is the main route to business growth and development. The work revealed a causal relationship between childhood traumas that provoked neurosis and systematic losses in business. It can be seen how the psychoanalytic approach to the treatment of the neurosis of the business owner is positively reflected in the general condition of the owner and his business.
