Our study looks at the number of people who apply to college needs to be connected to the training needed by employers in different countries. The study examines the quality of schooling, the ability of students to adapt culturally, the value of the college program, and the ability of people to get jobs after. An important part of the study is the surplus of job applicants in a number of career areas though out Central Asia. Given the current conditions in Central Asia, choice of careers and college training will not guarantee students a job after they graduate. This is because of the large number of people in each job and the low number of jobs being offered. It is important that people entering college look at the job market needs before choosing a college program. Because of the topics listed above, this research is needed for students today.
