This study elaborates the algorithm to determine the optimal number of service personnel in each type of passenger service at the airport. The designed algorithm allows to conserve the computing time compared to the brute-force search. For the purpose of algorithm development, I analyze methods of modeling the operation of the airport. The work proposes the mathematical model of the airport passenger service, which takes into account several types of passenger services. After that I solve a two-criteria optimization problem. As an example, the work performs the calculations for the two selected airports with the elaborated algorithm. In order to examine the confidence of the mathematical model of the airport, I implement the simulation model. The recommendations on the use of the obtained results are given. Moreover, this work conducts a comparative analysis of methods for solving the multiple-criteria optimization problem and the single-criterion optimization problem.
