A Study of Schechtman's Conjectures on Totally Positive Matrices

In this paper, we construct counterexamples to Shechtman's conjectures about the positiveness of various modifications of the meta-matrix that lists all possible matrices of possibilities. In the theoretical part, the main provisions on the completely positiveness according to the article by Shaun Fallat are analyzed.
