Generation Z has an entirely unique perspective to define success in life and in the workforce. That is why companies are required to start thinking and get prepared to present themselves for generation Z and recruit talents. This study’s goal is to identify the most important factors which make the job attractive for Gen Z. Previous research indicates that organizations that understand post-millennials will be well-positioned and get more benefits. Surveying and in-depth interviews with unemployed students and employed graduates was used as the main research methods. It was expected to obtain the information about the most attractive organizational characteristics for two groups of Gen Z representatives and to identify the reasons for the Generation Z’s choice. This research contributes to the business area, helping companies to find out what to improve in their organizational characteristics in order to succeed in recruitment of the Generation Z.
