The master's thesis is aimed at analyzing the factors of attracting private investment and assessing the readiness of Russian cities to use PPP mechanisms for the implementation of projects in the GOT segment. The work uses statistical methods to analyze the infrastructure market and PPP projects and assess the potential of Russian cities. The work contains 102 pages, 4 appendices, 17 figures and 17 tables.
