Development of an Automated Production Planning Management System

This work is devoted to the development of an automated production planning management system. The paper describes the analysis of the subject area of the market for production planning management systems and the activities of the Irkutsk Oil Company. Based on the data received from the enterprise, a description and analysis of the current business process of production planning at the enterprise is carried out. As a result of the analysis, bottlenecks of the business process associated with the human factor were identified. After analyzing the business process, the current IS of the enterprise is studied for the integration of the software product of the company “Foresight. Production planning ", which will allow the automation of the budgeting process at the enterprise. The result of this work is the terms of reference for the development of an automated production planning management system for the Irkutsk Oil Company.
