Marketing Management for Sports Industry Organizations

The master's thesis explores the organization of marketing management in the system of modern sports management. The paper describes the relevant approaches and trends of sports marketing and management. The author in this study considers the issues of building the structure of marketing bodies in organizations, taking into account the practice of its construction in foreign and Russian sports clubs, leagues and companies. Particular attention is paid to the question of what structure of governing bodies can be considered effective, what are the criteria for its evaluation, as well as improvement tools. In the practical part of the dissertation, a qualitative analysis of RPL marketing was carried out, recommendations were proposed for its improvement. When writing the work, academic and specialized sources on management, marketing, and sports law, open statistical data, and the author's own materials, which act as unique empirical material, were used. The dissertation can be used by students and undergraduates of higher educational institutions in the disciplines of "Marketing", "Corporate Governance", "Management"; to improve the skills of managers and marketers of organizations, as well as to create and improve existing structures of governing bodies in organizations.
